About the role

We are looking to hire a Marketing Operations Specialist to help build the foundation of our marketing and growth activities.

We’re looking for a tech-savvy self-starter with an excellent work ethic, organizational, and exemplary written communication skills. Having experience working in a startup or other fast-paced environment is a big plus.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with the head of marketing and the two growth managers to help build improved processes and capabilities
  • Relentless execution of marketing and growth projects with directions from your growth managers
  • Work alongside the marketing and growth managers to accelerate the speed of projects across the entire marketing team
  • Figure out ways to help the team with repetitive tasks, i.e., automating or getting rid of them without losing productivity
  • Be the bridge between the marketing team and the other internal or external teams with requests and requirements on both sides.
  • Help the growth manager with managing affiliate and referral marketing programs
  • Help researching options for choosing/implementing new tools and technologies
  • Keep up with and function as the primary source of performance metrics of the marketing and growth projects

What you'll bring

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or growth-related role
  • You love to design and implement state-of-the-art processes for organizations scaling
  • You are a robust, proactive communicator comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • You can be the bridge between disciplines and organizations within the company
  • You’re a good note taker
  • Experience with online communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Google Docs, Miro, or similar
  • Familiarity with project and task management tools such as Asana, Jira, or similar

Bonus points:

  • Experience working at an online marketplace
  • Ability to integrate digital tools and technologies using the tools like Zapier, APIs, Scripting, or any other way
  • Experience with analytics and tagging software such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Experience with user onboarding, customer insight, and survey tools such as Hotjar, JotForm, and UserGuiding
